Scott was amazing. Arrived when he said he would, investigated unknown problems and fixed them efficiently and for a good price. Gave great advice on product usage to help my dish drawers and washing machine work better. He also had all parts on him so was able to fix everything in one visit. Would highly recommend.

I called Fisher & Paykel to arrange for a technician to repair our Fisher & Paykel WashSmart washing machine that wasn’t draining. However, there were no appointments for 3 weeks. The customer service representative as Fisher & Paykel recommended I call Scott at Innovative Appliance Servicing as we are based on the Gold Coast as Scott contracts for Fisher & Paykel. I called Scott and he was available to attend my home the same day, he arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and fixed the issue with my washing machine pump, cleaned the machine and was such a pleasure to deal with. Our washing machine is now fixed within a couple of days instead of weeks. I am so happy I was put in touch with Scott, I highly recommend him for servicing and repair of washing machines and appliances on the Gold Coast.
